Lindsey Ritter, RN

Lindsey Ritter, BSN, RN, brings a fresh perspective to aesthetic medicine, backed by experience in the ICU and oral and facial surgery. Her medical background shaped her thoughtful approach to care and her appreciation for results that look natural – not overdone.

At Parkhurst Luxe, Lindsey loves helping clients feel like the best version of themselves through personalized aesthetic treatments, from injectables to advanced skin and laser services. She makes every visit feel comfortable and approachable, whether you know exactly what you want or need a little help figuring out where to start.

Founder

Heather Parkhurst

Heather Parkhurst is the founder and owner of Parkhurst Luxe Medical Spa. A Board-Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant, she earned her Master of Science in Anesthesiology and brings more than 15 years of experience in surgical and hospital settings.

Heather founded Parkhurst Luxe with a focus on thoughtful, preventative aesthetic care that helps clients look refreshed while still looking like themselves. Today, she uses her clinical experience to guide the med spa’s treatment philosophy, train and mentor the provider team, and ensure every client receives the same high standard of care.

Her philosophy in both life and business is simple: “Live a life that inspires joy.”

Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Deja Tellis, LE, LLT

Deja is a licensed aesthetician, licensed laser technician, and current nursing student with a genuine passion for skin health. She loves creating a relaxing, personalized experience while helping clients better understand their skin and feel confident in their care.

With experience in advanced skincare, chemical peels, and laser treatments, Deja helps clients work toward their unique skincare goals at Parkhurst Luxe Medical Spa in San Antonio.

Rosa Basse

Before joining Parkhurst Luxe Med Spa eight years ago, Rosa worked as a personal stylist, where she developed her eye for beauty and love for helping people feel their best. Now, as our Guest Experience Manager, she helps guests navigate treatments, skincare, and everything our San Antonio med spa has to offer – always with a warm welcome and honest guidance.

Kaylin Richerson

With a background in healthcare operations, Kaylin brings the structure and strategy that keep Parkhurst Luxe moving forward. She works behind the scenes to make sure the experience feels as good as it looks – for both the guests who visit and the team caring for them.

As Medical Director of Parkhurst Luxe Medical Spa, Dr. Greg Parkhurst provides physician oversight and supports our commitment to safe, high-quality aesthetic care.

Dr. Parkhurst is a nationally recognized ophthalmologist who was named one of the world’s “Top 40 Under 40” most influential ophthalmologists by The Ophthalmologist. His accomplished medical background provides an added layer of experience and accountability for our San Antonio med spa, where treatments are performed by our trained aesthetic providers.
